Life is made up of small pleasures. Happiness is made up of those tiny successes. The big ones come too infrequently. ~ Karolina Kurkova

Three Questions, February 3, 2025

You can find the background to The Three Questions in my recent post about it. I’ll be answering the questions each day for the next year and putting this experience into a book. Here we go!

What was the most beautiful thing I encountered today?

This morning on my walk there was a pretty pink flower with little water drops sitting on the petals.

What did I learn today?

Today I learned about the origins of Cupid, I think I knew this at one point, but I was reminded that Cupid was from Roman/Greek mythology and supposedly the son of Eros and Aphrodite. He also had his own myth with Psyche. He was popularized by Victorian society into what we know today.

What made me happy today?

A short conversation with my sister and eldest niece is what made me happy today.
