Happy Birthday to Me

Typing on my phone so this will be short and poorly formatted.

A nice quiet birthday, got up, took a soak in the hot spring pool, had a nice breakfast. Replied to birthday messages and watched some Reacher on Amazon. Took a walk, relaxed, got some Cjinese food and a Coke for dinner. Finished the night with a soak in the pools and laid out under the stars for a time.

Feeling a bit old and lonely, but being the youngest guy at the pool helped a bit. The last 15 months have been hard in every way. My nervous system is fried. So sometimes it’s really important just to stop. My plans for the rest of the week, nothing. Walks, soaks, reading, music, Reacher and the occasional ice cream, might even get some sun.
