The holidays are a very stressful time for everyone and an exceptionally hard time for some. We hear a lot about mindfulness these days and a lot of us don’t really know what it means or how to be mindful. So tonight some links to help you get a better feel for what mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into you life. Thich Nhat Hanh has written several good books on the subject of mindfulness that I think you would enjoy. A lot of the discussion you here is about mindfulness meditation, but tonight we’re focusing on incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life.
